Ethereum that wants Work, not Stake

They should add the “Merge” definition to Oxford Dictionary…why still they didn’t do that? As the “NFT” work was added, for example. Because…okay, let’s go to the business. 

As we told you, the Proof-Of-Stake migration will leave some miners without work. But miners are people. People want to eat. That’s why the hard fork EthereumPoW was invented. So…man..hm…it’s like the Ethereum with no merge, got it? Ok. 

The ETH merge will happen on September 15. Mainnet ETHW will come in 24 hours since the merge. The correct time you’ll be able to catch on their Twitter.

But crypto without criticism is not crypto. That’s why Mr Igor Artamonov, one of the Ethereum Classic devs, shared some of his opinions on the hard fork. First of all, Igor doesn’t like the time of launch…After the merge event, most users will forget about any ETHW. Also, the “miners want to earn” narrative doesn’t work; why could they not just choose the “PoW is more secure than PoS” one?

Hard fork — is a process of significant network protocol changes that make previously valid blocks invalid. After the hard fork to continue using the protocol, users and nodes, have to upgrade to the latest version of the software.
