Today the Gem City DAO has announced that they are looking for the missing founders of CAT MEMECOIN project #53256235. They believe the founders may have been kidnapped for ransom, so the Gem Police have already launched an investigation.

In simple terms, transactions are encrypted while they are in the mempool. And therefore, it cannot be intercepted or somehow declassified.
