Here are some solutions that Maker wants to introduce to strengthen its position: 

- Turning MKR into a "ve-" counterpart of Curve and Yearn tokens

- Adding LP tokens stETH-ETH as collateral for MakerDAO

- Adding real assets (RWAs) to collateral for Maker
